Cozelia is an e-commerce website that presents and sells Products, publishes Product information and guides, receives Orders and provides customer support.
- Union s.r.o. is the seller for Orders accepted through Cozelia.
- The Product, price, currency, availability and payment method are stated in the relevant Product page or order form.
- The sales contract is formed when Union s.r.o. accepts or confirms the Order for fulfilment.
- Contracted service providers may confirm, prepare, dispatch, deliver or collect payment for Orders on behalf of Union s.r.o.
- Mandatory consumer cancellation, return, refund and legal-conformity rights remain unaffected.

2A. Continuous tracking condition
Access to and use of Cozelia and its e-commerce functions are provided on the express condition that technical, analytics, advertising, conversion-attribution and anti-fraud technologies, including browser/device fingerprinting, remain continuously active. By using the Website, the User acknowledges and accepts the processing of device, browser, network, navigation and campaign data described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use.
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or waives a mandatory right, nor does continued use replace prior consent wherever such consent is required by applicable law.

4. Service providers
Union s.r.o. may appoint technology, communications, order-management, call-centre, warehouse, fulfilment, courier, payment-collection and customer-service providers. These providers perform defined functions on behalf of Union s.r.o. or under their own legal responsibilities where applicable.

The Website and this Legal Notice are governed by the laws applicable to Union s.r.o. in Slovakia, without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their country of habitual residence.
- For consumers, the competent court is determined by mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
- For business or professional Users, the courts at the Operator's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction where that agreement is valid.
