2. Nature of the Website

Cozelia is an editorial, product-discovery and comparison website supported by affiliate relationships. It presents product information, guides, comparisons and links to independent Sellers.

• Cozelia does not normally act as the Seller of the products shown.
• The sales contract is concluded on the third-party Seller's website.
• The Seller controls final price, availability, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and product warranties.
• The Operator may receive a commission when a User makes an eligible purchase after following an affiliate link.
• The commission does not normally add a separate cost to the User.

4. Third-party Sellers

Third-party Sellers are independent from the Operator. Each Seller is responsible for its product listing, sales contract and statutory obligations toward the buyer. Cozelia does not control a Seller's inventory, final price, checkout, payment, fulfilment or after-sales decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Cozelia name, logo, original interface, editorial text, graphics and software are owned by the Operator or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Trademarks, trade names, product images and logos belonging to Sellers or manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, description or lawful promotion.

Nothing on the Website grants a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material except as expressly permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder.

6. Consumer redress and disputes

A consumer dispute relating to a product purchase should first be raised with the Seller that concluded the sales contract. Information about alternative dispute resolution bodies in the European Union is available through the European Commission's consumer ADR information.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, with effect in 2025, and is therefore not presented as an active complaint channel.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Website and this Legal Notice are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their country of habitual residence.

• For consumers, the competent court is determined by mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
• For business or professional Users, the courts at the Operator's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction where that agreement is valid.

8. Accessibility

We aim to make the Website usable with common browsers, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility issues may be reported to assistenza@cozelia.com, including the affected page, the problem encountered and the technology used. We will assess reasonable corrections within the technical and legal scope of the Website.

9. Reporting content
