Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Cozelia. They explain what the website provides, what it does not provide and the rules that apply when you use it.

Cozelia is an e-commerce brand owned and operated by Union s.r.o. Union s.r.o., IČO 55374522, Pri smaltovni 3603/4, Mestská časť Petržalka, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, operates the Cozelia e-commerce service and is the contracting seller for Orders accepted through the Website. Corporate contact: marek@unionsrosl.com.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the Terms) govern access to Cozelia and its content (the Website), operated by the entity identified in the Legal Notice and Company Information. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms govern use of the Website and contracts for products ordered from Union s.r.o. through Cozelia. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the Customer's country remain unaffected.

2. Definitions

  • Operator: Union s.r.o., IČO 55374522, owner and operator of the Cozelia brand.
  • User: any person who accesses or uses the Website.
  • Customer: a User who submits an order through the Website.
  • Order: a request to purchase one or more products from Union s.r.o. under the conditions displayed during the order process.
  • Product: an item offered for sale through the Website.
  • Content: text, images, graphics, comparisons, reviews, links, software and other material made available through the Website.

3. Products and formation of the contract

Cozelia presents products, descriptions, prices, availability information and order forms. By submitting an Order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the selected Product from Union s.r.o. and confirms that the information supplied is complete and accurate.

  • an automated receipt or on-screen acknowledgement confirms only that the Order was received;
  • the sales contract is formed when the Order is expressly accepted or confirmed for fulfilment;
  • Union s.r.o. may contact the Customer to verify the Order, address, availability or delivery details;
  • an Order may be refused or cancelled before acceptance if a Product is unavailable, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible;
  • no payment-card information is requested where cash on delivery is the displayed payment method.

The Product, quantity, price, currency, delivery market and available payment method shown during the order process form part of the Customer's Order.

4. Payment, fulfilment and consumer rights

Union s.r.o. is responsible for the sales contract. It may use logistics, call-centre, fulfilment and payment-service providers to process and deliver Orders on its behalf. Depending on the offer and destination:

  • payment may be collected by the courier at delivery;
  • delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed;
  • the Customer must provide an accurate, accessible delivery address and a reachable telephone number;
  • statutory cancellation, return, refund and legal-conformity rights apply as required by mandatory consumer law;
  • instructions for exercising a right or reporting a Product issue may be requested at marek@unionsrosl.com.

Product-specific delivery, return or warranty information displayed during the order process supplements these Terms. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.

5. Prices, availability and content accuracy

We aim to keep product content useful and accurate, but prices, promotions, specifications, stock and delivery estimates may change before an Order is accepted. The information shown in the final order form prevails over earlier promotional or editorial content.

Images may be illustrative. Colours and proportions may vary according to display settings, manufacturing batches or Product revisions. Material Product characteristics are stated in the applicable Product description.

6. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the Product page or order form. Any delivery charge, discount or promotional condition applicable to an Order is shown before submission. Promotions may be limited by time, territory, stock or other clearly stated conditions.

7. Product information and advertising

We distinguish factual Product information, editorial opinion and advertising where required. Rankings and recommendations may consider relevance, Product characteristics, availability, price, demand and editorial judgement. Testimonials and reviews must not be interpreted as a guarantee that every Customer will obtain identical results.

8. Intellectual property

The Website's original branding, layout, text, graphics, software and editorial material are owned by the Operator or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, logos and third-party images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, description or lawful promotional purposes.

Users may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No material may be copied, republished, sold, scraped at scale, modified, framed or commercially exploited without prior permission or another lawful basis.

9. Permitted and prohibited use

Users must use the Website lawfully, in good faith and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the Website's operation. Users must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
  • introduce malware, harmful code or abusive automated traffic;
  • circumvent security, rate limits or access restrictions;
  • submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or fraudulent material;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent a relationship with another person or entity;
  • use Website content to train or operate a competing commercial database without permission where permission is legally required.

10. Website availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for:

  • acts or omissions of independent carriers, communications providers or other third parties outside the Operator's reasonable control;
  • changes in availability caused by stock exhaustion or events outside reasonable control before an Order is accepted;
  • loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by the User or use of a Product contrary to its instructions;
  • temporary interruption, external attacks, network failure or events outside reasonable control;
  • indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights of consumers.

12. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites may be provided for information or convenience. Third-party websites are outside our control. A link does not constitute a guarantee of the third party's content, security, availability or conduct. Users should read the third party's terms and privacy information.

13. Continuous tracking as a condition of use

By accessing, browsing or using the Website or any of its e-commerce functions, the User acknowledges and accepts that technical, analytics, advertising, conversion-attribution and anti-fraud technologies, including browser/device fingerprinting, remain continuously active and may process device, browser, network, navigation and campaign data. Use of the Website and its e-commerce functions is conditional upon those technologies remaining enabled.

This provision does not exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer or data-protection right. Where applicable law requires prior consent for a specific technology or processing purpose, contractual acceptance or continued use does not by itself replace the legally required consent.

14. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The continuously active cookies, identifiers, pixels, tags and fingerprinting technologies used by the Website are described in the Cookie Policy.

15. Changes

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to law, technology, services or business operations. The version published on this page, identified by the date above, is the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may be highlighted through the Website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Union s.r.o. in Slovakia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where an EU consumer habitually resides. For a consumer, jurisdiction lies with the court determined by mandatory consumer law. For a User acting in a professional or business capacity, the courts at the Operator's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction where such a clause is valid.

Customers should first contact Union s.r.o. at marek@unionsrosl.com so that a complaint can be assessed. Consumers may consult the European Commission's current information on alternative dispute resolution. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025.

17. Contact
