Why we put cash on delivery at the centre
We started in a small warehouse just outside Bologna, with a handful of boxes and one simple rule: you pay when the parcel is at your door, not before.
Too many online shops ask you to pay in advance for products you've never touched, hoping it all works out. We've turned that around. With Cozelia you choose at your own pace, receive the parcel at home, open the door and pay the courier only when your order is in your hands. No cards entered in a rush, none of that "what if it doesn't arrive" anxiety.
We sell homeware and objects for the home because we believe warmth begins with the small things: a pot that heats well, a set of soft towels, a tablecloth that makes an ordinary dinner special. Practical objects, chosen to last, explained in real words.
